Deaf Turkish Angora & Her "Seeing Ear" Mother
Charlotte and Abigail were rescued several months ago when Abigail was found to be pregnant and gave birth to 3 lovely kittens. Her mother, Charlotte, taught her how to nurse and care for her kittens because she was very scared and could not hear them crying. The kittens grew up and have been adopted to lovely homes but Abigail and Charlotte are still in need of their furever home. Charlotte cares for Abigail to help her understand what is going on around her since she is deaf. They are a very well mannered pair and Charlotte, being the outgoing one, loves attention. Abigail requires a person who understands how to communicate with hand and face gestures but the vacuum doesn't scare her! If you are interested in meeting these two lovely ladies, email adoptions@catrangers.org or call 770-831-5513. They are both spayed, tested negative for FIV and FELV and are up to date on their vaccines.
